The term" bidriware" originates from the township of Bidar, which is still the principal center of handiwork. The essence used is white brass that's blackened and inlaid with tableware. According to some accounts, Kaiser worked with native artisans and the union resulted in bidriware under the rule of Ahmed Shah and his son Second Alauddin Bahmani.
